Shipping Policy
We want your experience with The Red Thread to be smooth from the moment you place your order to the moment your mystery arrives. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver your orders across India.
Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day after successful payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Chargers
Free shipping for all pre paid orders. And shipping chargers of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all COD orders.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network issues, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your package throughout its journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and PIN code are entered correctly before placing your order. The Red Thread cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the package and its contents so we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
