What is The Red Thread?
The Red Thread creates premium physical detective mystery experience where every clue, document and piece of evidence is designed to make you feel like you’re solving a real investigation from home.
How long does one case take to solve?
Most cases take around 2-4 hours, depending on the case you choose and your pace, attention to detail and whether you’re solving alone or with other.
How many people can play?
Our cases are designed for solo detectives as well as group of upto four people. Whether you enjoy solving mysteries alone or with friends and family, the experience remains immersive and engaging.
Is is suitable for beginners?
YES, Each case included clear instructions and is designed to be enjoyable whether you’re solving your first mystery or your fiftieth.
Will I be able to replay the same case?
Once you have solved a mystery, you’ll already know the solution. However, after 1 or 2 years you can take it back to experience the feeling of detective. Also the beautifully crafted envelopes and papers we use are mostly re-usable.
Do you ship across India?
YES. We plan to deliver our detective experiences across India. Shipping details and delivery timelines will be shown during checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed with 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.
Do you offer return?
We don’t take return, if you have received the case with any missing materials please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help. But unboxing video is mandatory with showing all the materials you have received.
